›Is the offer I see the price I get?
It's an estimate based on what you tell us, and it holds as long as the device is as described. We confirm it in person — the number only moves if what we're handed isn't what was described.
›Do you buy cracked or broken devices?
Yes. Cracked glass and damaged screens both have prices in our system. If it won't turn on at all, send it over anyway and we'll come back with a number.
›What if it's still locked to a carrier or has a bill on it?
Carrier-locked is fine and priced separately. An unpaid bill or a reported device is the one thing we can't buy, which is why we check the IMEI before arranging to meet — so nobody wastes a trip.
›Is it safe to meet?
You pick the spot. Most people choose a bank or store car park in daylight, somewhere along the Gulf Coast that suits us both.
›Do I need to do anything before we meet?
One thing: sign out of Find My — Settings, your name, Find My, then switch off Find My iPhone. A device still linked to your Apple Account can't be bought, and it's the usual reason a meetup ends without a sale.
